We're passionate about supporting the CYF workers in our network
We’re passionate about supporting the 21 employed CYF workers that are connected with the churches in our network.
We also want to walk with all the churches and their volunteers as they seek to be Good News through many different ways including toddler groups, schools work, discipleship groups, youth clubs and Messy Church.
Finally we never want to lose sight of the 95% of children and young people who are not in our churches and who God loves deeply and would love it if they got to know Him better.
Youthscape Essentials is a 10-week online course which is being offered free to all ministers and CYF workers nationally. Places are limited to 25 so it is advisable to book as soon as possible.
Start date: Wednesday 10th September 2025 – 9.30am - 11am
Finish date: Wednesday 19th November 2025 – 9.30am - 11am
Youthscape Essentials is an innovative course that increases your skills and understanding about working alongside young people today. Whether you're running a community project, a church youth group, or occasionally helping out on a Sunday morning, the course is designed with you in mind! It’s not about the numbers of young people attending, it’s about putting God at the centre of your youth ministry.

Connect
There are a number of regular opportunities for those employed in our churches to work with children, young people and families to connect with one another.
Gathering Together
Webnet CYF workers meet together regularly, be it on Zoom or in person.
We also provide a 48 hour retreat for our CYF workers each year, usually in May, as well as inviting all our CYF workers to join our annual leaders conference in February.
Sharing Resources
One of the great things about getting together is that we can share encouragement and resources with one another.
