Our network is facilitated by a small team of Regional Ministers and Staff, based at our Hub at Little Stoke Baptist Church in Bristol.
Nigel Coles
Regional Team Leader
facilitating the life of the West of England Baptist Network team and overseeing the missional strategy for the region. He also works to develop missional strategy over a wider geographical area with our partner Associations and has oversight of the Seventy-two network. Nigel is the main Webnet contact for churches and ministers seeking new leadership opportunities.
Alisdair Longwill
Regional Minister
Alisdair oversees the development of new missional communities, and the missional development of churches, ministers, and leadership teams. He is also the Webnet contact for Home Mission Grant applications.
Gary Woodall
Regional Minister
Gary oversees the development of missional networks, overseeing the pastoral care of network facilitators, ministers, and churches within Webnet. He is the contact for those seeking to apply for Baptist ministerial recognition.
Lindsay Caplen
Regional Minister
Lindsay is responsible for the pastoral support/equipping and the development of missional networks for our network, its churches and ministers.
Candy Choy
Webnet Hong Kong Minister
Candy works for Webnet one day a week to establish and encourage connections between new arrivals from Hong Kong and our churches communities.
Emily Caddick
Operations Manager
Emily facilitates operational support that underpins the work and ministry of the association in equipping missional disciples in the West of England.
Jason Tinley
Finance Officer
Jason works at the Hub Tuesdays and Fridays. Please contact Jason with any finance related enquiries including volunteer expenses, invoices and grants payments.
Jess Collard
Hub Administrator
Jess works at the Hub part time each day except Wednesdays. For any initial Webnet enquiries and for your church updates, do get in touch with Jess and she will be able to help you.
