The WEBA staff team, along with staff members and volunteers from our partner Associations in this region, have just spent several days engaging Spring Harvest visitors in Minehead with the themes behind Seventy-two.

Ali and Alex with the stand

Armed with the words of Jesus in Luke 10:1-12, and a few giveaways such as postcards, shopping bags, and mint humbugs, we listened to lots of different people who are finding their way in the Mission of God.

In addition to a stand in the ‘Hub’ exhibition tent, we put on a lunch reception and a seminar, where delegates listened to God by reading Luke 10 and ‘dwelling in the word’ together.

At the same time, we thoroughly enjoyed teaching from Malcolm Duncan, Anne Calver, Abby Guinness, and many more.

Dozens of people signed up to get regular updates from the Seventy-two website, seventy-two.network, and we’ll keep on developing this, getting new contributors involved who want to explore the themes of Igniting Mission, Inspiring Discipleship, and Infusing Culture.
