Rhythms of Grace 2021

2020 was a challenging year for all of us involved in church leadership. Many of us have had to learn new skills very quickly and under difficult circumstances in order to respond to a constantly changing situation. Challenging times can affect our wellbeing and so we wanted to begin the new year with some opportunities for church leaders, church workers and those we connect with in our communities across the West of England, in the hope that this would be helpful for the year ahead.

Rhythms of Grace is our umbrella title for these initiatives, and we hope that you’ll feel able to engage with those we have planned for you.

Still to come…

Pastoral Leaders Conference: Rhythms of Grace with Bev Shepherd

Developing Resilience

Many church leaders start well – full of energy, enthusiasm and vision. Yet leadership can feel like an uphill journey and it takes resilience (spiritual, physical and emotional) to not only continue but to enjoy the leadership role. This last year has added to those pressures with the high level of uncertainty and change. Bev will help us develop resilience practices and learn more of what it means to live in God’s unforced rhythms of grace.
