Shepherding the flock is vital for the health of the local church. All churches depend on their elders or lay leaders.
Leading WELL (Workshop for Elders or Lay Leaders) is a short course to equip, encourage and nourish church elders and lay leaders wanting to grow and develop in their calling as shepherds and servants of the local church.
